June 23 @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Free - $18

Please note that the Dearborn Truck Plant will be operating on this day. Loud sounds and some smells from manufactured materials may be present. Also, please note that there are no eating establishments at the Ford Rouge Factory Tour, though you are welcome to bring snacks to eat at lunch tables.

Your experience includes

  •  A 9am early bus ride to the Ford Rouge Factory Tour and an opportunity to begin your experience before the rest of the public. If you plan to take the early bus, sign up here. Please purchase your Ford Rouge Factory Tour tickets online in advance or at the Welcome Center of Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation the day of the event.
  • Noise-cancelling headphones and earplugs available for guests to use.
  • Sound turned down for the day in the Legacy Gallery.
  • Quiet zones designated by signage as calming spaces for guests.
  • Manufacturing-themed activities.
  • social narrative created by the Autism Alliance of Michigan for The Ford Rouge Factory Tour showing what families might see, hear, smell, taste and touch.
