The “Moving Forward” Peer Support Specialist/Peer Mentor Training is a 17 hour educational program for individuals who are receiving services and want to support others in achieving their personal goals. When her 3-year-old daughter was diagnosed with autism, one way Ann Vincenti-Michelman coped was by assembling one tiny collage nearly every day. Over 10 years, she created 3,650. Ordered in a grid 5’h x 100’w, the collages constitute an intense “visual diary” that chronicles isolation, helplessness, and shared loss.
