Seated beside an experienced pilot in an airplane, individuals ages 6-17 with developmental disabilities and up to two family members and/or friends experience the world from a new perspective. The day includes a short ground school to learn about airplanes and how they fly; educational displays; fun activities; and light refreshments. Each child with a disability receives a Dreams+Wings T-shirt, gold aviator wings, commemorative flight certificate and lifelong memories.
