Case Management Services – Assists consumers with obtaining basic needs and supportive services such as housing (independent or supervised living), transportation, medical care, disability income education, and/or vocational programming.
Vocational Programming – Assists consumers in developing employment skills. This is supported through the process of finding and holding jobs in the community.
Assertive Community Treatment – Intensive community based support to help consumers reduce the frequency and length of psychiatric hospital stays, foster the recovery process from serious and persistent mental illness, and to manage their lives in their homes and the community.
Home Based Services – Intensive services for seriously disturbed children and their families provided in the home and community, reducing hospitalizations and out of home placements. Home Based combines therapy, family skills development, and case management to promote healthy family functioning.
Residential Services – Placement services into supervised living homes by matching the level of security to the needs of the individual. Provides community living supports to individuals at risk.
Brief Outpatient Counseling – Individual, family, group, & play therapy for children.
Psychiatric Services – Psychiatric assessments, medication review, & supportive nursing services.
Co-occurring Services – Counseling for persons with mental illness and substance use disorders.
