Paul Landry, United Cerebral Palsy of Metropolitan Detroit – Director of Employment Programs, Benefits Counselor / CWIC

Paul serves as the Project Manager and Benefits Counselor / CWIC for the Work Incentive Planning & Assistance (WIPA) Project covering Livingston, Oakland and Wayne counties. Paul is involved in Michigan’s Employment First initiative looking at benefit Counseling services and making recommendations regarding the Medicaid – Freedom to Work program.
