This presentation is designed to help you better understand the Michigan ABLE Act Account, Springhill Pooled Accounts Trust and the recent updates to the a tax– exempt
savings account for the long-term needs of an individual with a disability, and how they can be utilized by individuals with ASD and their families. Topics will include:

 How to open a MiABLE account
 MiAble and Pooled Accounts Trust Features (tax implications and state specific features)
 How a Pooled Accounts Trust works hand-in-hand with an ABLE account
