Guiding Principles for Highly Effective Families

Michigan State University’s Guiding Principles for Highly Effective Families
In this curriculum, authored by Bob Sornson, parents will learn about supporting their child’s success
in school and life. Topics will include developing successful family routines, helping develop
emotional control, being a calm and assertive parent, establishing rules and supportive relationships,
and building resilience- allowing children to make mistakes.
When: Monday’s from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
