Primary Medical Care
Covenant Community Care offers affordable, quality primary health care for the whole family. Most patients without health insurance pay between $20 and $50 per visit, depending on family size and income. The cost of the visit covers:
- Visit with Primary Care Physician (PCP)
- Blood draw and lab work
- Required Adult Replacement Vaccines that you qualify for
- Diabetes and other health care issue education.
We never want price to be a barrier to receiving necessary medical attention. If you feel that you are unable to pay the cost of a visit, please call your preferred clinic to schedule an appointment with a Benefits Counselor to discuss your situation.
Pediatric Medical Care
Covenant Community Care offers pediatric care at all of our medical clinic locations. We believe that ALL children deserve good health, and we are committed to providing a safe and nurturing medical home for your child. We know you don’t want to wait for an appointment when your child is sick, so in addition to scheduled well visit appointments, same-day sick visit and walk-in appointment slots have been reserved for our pediatric clients.
We accept all Medicaid and MiChild plans. If your child is not insured our Benefits Counselors are always available to screen him or her for Medicaid eligibility.
